Adventure Personal Training: Connecting You to Nature
Exercise and staying active are so important for all of us – we all know it’s true. But sometimes we just can’t find the motivation to get up and get going. Adventure Personal Training is here to help us all get up, get outside, and get active in the glorious natural settings we’re so lucky to have on our doorstep.
The many and varied sessions are run predominantly in parks and reserves managed by Parks Victoria, on the Mornington Peninsula. The sessions are run by sports scientist and wild fitness trainer Jade de Valle. She cleverly combines expertise in health screening, movement training and guidance to achieve fitness goals, whilst also encouraging interaction and connection with nature, to compliment fitness goals. Sessions are designed to be a movement adventure where you get to know your body and it’s abilities. Having fun and being inspired by our wild and beautiful parks and landscapes is all part of the process.
As Jade says, “our bodies are able to continually learn and adapt to new movement, so by using outdoor environments, we can broaden our view, expand our capabilities, find new and exciting ways to move and interact with the land all at the same time!”
