Better than a boot camp! BAS Health & Fitness provides specialised group fitness sessions at Rofe Park in Hornsby Heights, as well as in Berowra and Westleigh. We are Hornsby Shire’s leading outdoor group fitness provider and would love you to join us!

High intensity intervals, power bags, battle ropes, kettlebells, boxing, gymnastic rings, spin bikes, slam balls, bush running, push sled… each session has out-of-the-box creativity. We use an unrivalled combination of nutrition advice, training methods and equipment that will get your body into action!

Exercising in the fresh air with a group of like-minded locals, with an expert fitness trainer is the best way to get fit, lose weight, improve your wellbeing and enjoy training.
