Time2ToneUp is an on-going exercise regime broken up into challenges that provides instruction on fitness and nutrition, with lots of motivation and fun! Over the past 7 years our trainers have Personal Trained & Managed women’s gyms including Curves, Fernwood and Contours. Our Group Fitness Instructors are qualified personal trainers. Our programmes consist of the most effective whole body movements, a small amount of running and body weight exercises. A small amount of equipment is also used. The goal is to get you moving, elevate your heart rate and build lean muscle so your body burns fat far quicker.
