Restore habitat of the critically endangered Eastern Curlew migratory shore bird.  Each year these incredible birds travel more than 20,000 kilometres (round trip) as part of their yearly migration. They breed as far north as arctic circle within Russia and North-eastern China, and make their way to the eastern shores of Australia to rest in summer.

Come and help rehabilitate the beautiful sand dunes along Congwong Beach. The area is a place of significance for traditional land owners the Gweagal and Kameygal with important cultural sites located within the park.

Volunteers will participate in weeding and revegetation activities that will not only enhance the beauty of the park but provide valuable habitat for the local wildlife such as small birds and reptiles.
