parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5km event held every Saturday morning in parks around Australia and the world. Walk, run or shuffle at your own pace – it’s not a race! Useful Information

To receive a time, register at parkrun.com.au . You only need to register once. Kids under 11 must be accompanied by an adult.
