Waterfront Meditation Session, Sandgate, QLD

Description

YogaGrin is providing a secular, guided meditation session each Tuesday and Thursday morning during April, on the Sandgate waterfront.  Regular practice of meditation has been proven to have many benefits, including reduced stress, anxiety and blood pressure, and improved clarity of thought.

If you’ve tried meditation before and found it too difficult, don’t worry.  Jan’s soothing voice will guide you safely to a place of total peace and calm that, with practice, you will be able to find for yourself.

This session involves some use of a Tibetan singing bowl.

Open to beginners and experienced meditators.

Cost is Free to those that pre register, $5 casual – space permitting.
