Outdoor skate park, featuring:

Half pipe: 12 ft high, 12 ft flat bottom, 24 ft wide, expansion joints may be a problem with surface
Street area: banks, fun box, rails, seating (and for ollies, grinding sliding etc), No lighting as such.
Other features: toilets, shade, table, water bubbler, kids play area (ie swings slides etc), Also large covered area with smooth concrete floor and ceiling fans.
