An exercise session as part of Greater Shapperton City Council’s Activities in the Park program.

A qualified instructor will take you through slow, gentle and tranquil movements which enable harmony in mind and body for improved mobility, suppleness and mental alertness.

Classes suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
