Sweat for a Cure, Brisbane

Sweat for a Cure!
Hey everybody,

Roma Street Parklands is being the host for “Boot Camps for a Cause”, the Boot Camps will be held every Tuesday @ 1pm-1.45pm, (not Melbourne Cup Tuesday) and Thursday @ 1pm-1.45pm. Everyone and anyone is welcome to come participate in these cardio sweat sessions.

These sessions will be helping a great charity every month. 100% of all proceeds for the month of October will be going to Smile for Smiddy, which is part of the Mater Foundation. This fantastic not-for-profit charity is devoted to raising funds to find a cure for cancer. For more information about Smiling for Smiddy please click the video link below. Pricing for each session is only $10 per class in a 4-week block.
That is amazing value and an awesome feel good to know you are doing something really positive for yourself and adding much needed funds to finding a cure for cancer.

Summer is just around the corner and I am pumped to be leading these Boot Camps, working out with you and helping you achieve your health and fitness goals….
Please feel free to share this around your work colleagues, peer group, neighbours, friends or anyone in your network that is keen to invest one and half hours per week at Roma Street Parklands in their lunch break and support great charities. I am happy to take any suggestions for other charities that are close to your hearts for following months.

Yours in health and fitness,
Jeremy Ayling
