Sunrise Power Yoga on the Sandgate Waterfront

YogaGrin will be providing Power Yoga sessions on the Sandgate waterfront each Tuesday and Thursday morning during April.

Power Yoga combines traditional, dynamic vinyasa style yoga poses with some low impact aerobics to really get your energy flowing. Power Yoga challenges not only your body but your mind too. With practice, you will learn to find stillness through movement, which will help you to remain calm in stressful situations. There is a focus on building upper body and core strength and stamina.

Deepen your practice.  Watch the sun rise and kick start your day with a Power Yoga session on the Sandgate waterfront.  You are also welcome to register for  the mindful meditation class that follows if you don’t have to run off to work 🙂
