Primal Play for Charity

Another fun Primal Play Session is set!

Just a gold coin donation for charity. Come along for an hour of Primal Play and Natural Movements taken by Clint – a whole lotta fun!

We are yet to choose this year’s charity but we guarantee the money raised at this event WILL go to a wonderful cause!

Bring the whole family and your friends along! As long as everyone’s medically-cleared to perform physical activity.

Date: Sunday 29 March
Time: 9 – 10am (please arrive 8:45am)
Location: Point Cartwright (meet La Balsa Park between public loos and playground)
Cost: Donation for charity

Ensure you’re there before 9am to sign a basic Training Disclaimer, meeting between the public loo block and playground at La Balsa Park, then setting off around the whole of Point Cartwright to use all the space and objects nature provides as our ‘gym’.

There may games of frisbee, skipping and heaps more as well! Snake Oil Kombucha will be available for sale afterwards as well, while we set up and let everyone have a go on the Slackline.

Bring:

* water
* shoes are optional as some of the time will be on sand
