Hello there!

I am launching a outdoor exercise concept which involves outdoor exercise for both people and their dogs.

Classes will be held in Centennial park in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Times consist of two morning classes and one evening class Monday to Friday with a 8am class on Saturdays.

People will cardio and strength training,while their canine companions have re enforcement of basic commands,plus beneficial and fun exercise.

Useful Information

As this is strenuous exercise comfortable clothes and shoes are a must.

Also bring a towel and water.

Your dog requires a lead and collar.

We will provide the rest.
