Saturday the 7th of February between 9am and 12 o’clock is the perfect opportunity for you to visit the PCYC Gold Coast at 180 Monaco Street, Broadbeach Waters . Our aim is to find something for everyone that will suit their health and fitness needs. We will have staff and volunteers available to answer all your questions about our activities and show you around the facility. We have some rides and entertainment planned for the whole family.
Many people don’t realise how big our facility is and what we have to offer. We have a fully equipped and air-conditioned Gym, Crèche from 9am-11.30am Monday to Friday, Basketball, Tennis, Under 5 programs like Move n Groove, Tippy Toes Dance, Hot Shots Tennis and Fun Gym . We have different styles of dance like Jazz, Ballet and Tap, adult and youth Boxing, boys and girls Gymnastics, Cheerleading, Muay Thai, Judo, Savate, Martial Arts and Wrestling. Heaps of things to do for all ages!
Our group fitness classes include Spin, Pilates, Yoga, Circuit Class, Cardio Fit, Boxercise, Body Groove and Stay in Shape which is a class for the mature members.
We also have MYZONE which is a heart rate monitor you wear during exercise that is linked to your own personal icloud account. You receive group and individual challenges that you can either accept or decline. We giveaway prizes and it makes fitness measurable and fun.
We have monthly Blue Light Discos, the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award and parkrun leaving from our backdoor every Saturday at 7am.
We also look after school age children at 4 locations before or after school or during vacation care. Those locations are Miami, Broadbeach, Surfers Paradise and Burleigh Heads State Primary Schools. Please see our website for more details at www.goldcoastpcyc.com
