Outdoor Group Training Sessions – Boot Camp

Description

Our 1 hour group sessions are based on a circuit format aimed at beginner and intermediate fitness levels.  Stations are structured on either time or number of reps and allow particpants to work at their own pace. All exercises have the options of different working levels.

Sessions vary and may include the use of;

  • medicine balls
  • kettlebells
  • boxing gloves/mitts
  • battling ropes
  • hand weights

Our aim is to encourage exercise outdoors in familiar surroundings using facilities in your own neighbourhood.  There is no need to be intimidated by expensive gym memberships,  large machines/equipment or to feel like you need to already be fit  or wear lycra to attend.

Everyone is welcome !

Useful Information

Please arrive 15 mins early on your first session so you can complete paperwork and I can familiarise myself with any injuries you may have that I need to be aware of.

Don’t forget to bring a drink bottle.
