Whether you’re new to fitness or a seasoned pro, our Cyclic Specificity training system will ensure each member is appropriately challenged. Our innovative outdoor boot camp style workouts use a variety of training methods including boxing, circuit, core, flexibility, intervals, resistance bands, tyres, kettle bells and a whole lot more.
Train in a supportive, social group environment to achieve your goals.
Training available at 6am Monday to Friday, 7:30am Saturday
Evenings from 6:30/7pm on Mon to Thursday.

Useful Information
Before commencing physical activity with FIT4Action, you will need to complete a pre-exercise health questionnaire.
On the day of training, bring with you a water bottle, a towel, layered clothing (that you don’t mind getting dirty), sunscreen/cap on hot days and your determination.
