Adventure Personal Training have recently teamed up with the innovative team at Restart Health Escapes to design a holiday that you can take in your own “Paradise backyard” of the Mornington Peninsula. Use your imagination and be anywhere in the world, with a bathe at the Peninsula Hot Springs, wine tasting, stand up paddle boarding in the bay and an inspiring cultural experience walking through bushland with Indigenous guide Lionel Lauch to share his knowledge of medicinal plants and bush food.
