Leap into Nature Junior Nature Club @ Westerfolds Park

Description

Leap into Nature Junior Nature Club is heading to Westerfolds Park in Templestowe. We have two sessions:

  • TADPOLES: Wednesday 22 July 2015; AND
  • FROGLETS: Wednesday 5 August 2015.

For both sessions, meeting place is within the southern end of the park in the car park past the toilets off Porter Street in Templestowe.

Birds and eucalyptus trees will be our theme.

Each child will receive a ‘Discover your Naturehood’ booklet which is a great way to follow on from the session and continue their nature discovery at home!

 

Useful Information

What to bring:

Your sense of adventure!

Sturdy, comfortable shoes with enclosed toes, gumboots if you/kids prefer.

Bring/wear appropriate clothing: dress for the weather, jacket, hats/beanie, long pants, raincoat, as required etc.

Water, snacks/lunch.

Toilets are located near the car park and the tracks are pram friendly.

Cost for the session is $9 for one child;  $15 for two children; $20 for three children and $25 for four children within the one family. Under 12 months is free. Children must be accompanied by a parent/carer at all times and are required to stay for the duration of the session and are responsible for their children at all times.
