Lawson parkrun

Description

Lawson parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5km run. Our run is a trail run on fire trails and commences every Saturday morning at 8:00am sharp in North Lawson park. Everyone is welcome, including dogs on leash and online registration is free. Check out the course and Register at http://www.parkrun.com.au/lawson/ before the event and bring along your printed barcode.
