Lauderdale Saltmarsh Monitoring, Tasmania

Description

This project will involve training and practical application in various monitoring activities as part the ‘Saltmarsh Matters Monitoring Program’. You’ll learn how to identify the various plant and animal species that occur on the saltmarsh, as well as identifying and understanding the human impacts. Information gathered will help determine the health of the saltmarsh and assist with ongoing management of this fragile ecosystem.

Useful Information

Please wear long pants, long sleeve shirt, strong, enclosed footwear and a hat. Bring enough food and water to last you the day.
