Detailed information is provided at an induction.

Upon arrival at the site, our Team Leader and Project Partner informs the Team what the project is, why you are doing the tasks scheduled, how to do those tasks;  A risk assessment is conducted and a site induction prior commencement of tasks.    There are morning tea and lunch breaks.  Our Team Leaders are qualified to lead and instruct teams.
