Group Fitness sessions run by qualified personal trainer Anne-Marie. Fitness in a fun and supportive  environment that is suited to all age groups and fitness levels. Three different type of sessions with morning and evening sessions available. FREE FIRST SESSION

Total Body Workout
This is a fat burning and muscle strengthening class that uses all different equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands and even your own body weight to give you a complete body workout.
Boxing for Fitness
Incorporating boxing moves such as jabs, upper cuts and hooks with body weight exercises and cardio. A fun session that will increase your fitness levels.
Exercise Ball Toning
Making use of an exercise ball we work on toning muscles as well as improving stability, posture and flexibility to tone and shape your body.
  • All training sessions run for an hour
  • Workouts are designed for ALL fitness levels
  • All sessions are run by a qualified Personal Trainer
  • Please bring a water bottle, sunscreen & sweat towel
  • Personal and Couples training available on request
