Forest Therapy Workshop

Description

We’ve been asked “when are you holding another Forest Therapy Workshop?” a lot, so we’re going to hold another!

We’re currently seeking interest for attendance for Sunday 12 April which is during the Easter Holidays

Join us for a couple of hours in the forest for a guided walk including some quiet time for taking in the surroundings and allowing ourselves to experience true Forest Therapy for it’s amazing health benefits.

Date: Sunday 12 April (if there’s enough interest)
Time: arrive 7:45 for 8am start
Location: Mapleton Falls National Park

Cost: donation to charity

The workshop will kick off at 8am on the dot so we’d ask participants to arrive at 7:45

The tour will go for 1-1.5 hours and then we’ll have Morning Tea in the lovely picnic area. Please bring paleo-friendly snacks to share and drinks if you wish or just for yourself. We will provide healthy lollies (as usual!).

Bring:
* donation for charity
* sun protection
* water
* shoes are optional (we’ll be barefoot)
* if staying for the picnic please bring paleo-friendly foods to share around (ask us if you’re unsure!)

So if you’d like to attend, you know you won’t be away then for the school holidays, please register your interest here www.primalinfluence.com/#!mindful-paleo-workshop-series/c118t

If we receive enough interest we’ll hold the event on this day. Yay!
