Saturday mornings  7am- 745am at the Munro Soccer Fields – William Dart Park St Lucia

Parking available – Male/Female toilets- Qualified Trainers

Every saturday morning from 7am til 745am , Combat Evasion is on at The Munro Soccer Fields ( William Dart Park) St Lucia. Training is done on a large field, with toilets and water cooler amenities available. There is ample car parks available, as well as a short distance to local shops, cafes etc

The training is boxing related with emphasis on technique, fitness and evaison principles etc                                                 the training is suited for the beginner to the advanced.
