There are over 300,000 Victorians living with diabetes, as well as countless family members and carers who are directly affected by this chronic disease. Together, Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and Diabetes Australia – Vic want to encourage everyone to take an active role in managing their health, by inspiring them with delicious and nutritious food options. Get the family together for a breakfast on the move at Melbourne’s most popular walking trail, The Tan. With pit stops at five stations filled with nutritious breakfast options, this is the perfect event to kick‐start your Sunday. Tuck into fresh fruit, muesli with yogurt, frittata, baked beans and more, as you stroll the leafy surrounds of the Royal Botanic Gardens. All ages activities on offer including hip hop yoga.
