Bootcamp: Group Training – Strength & Fitness, Milton QLD
Description
We aim to provide a group training environment that is fun, versatile and gets you the results you want fast! Prue is a certified Personal Trainer and training with her gives you unlimited access to 4 sessions per week so that you can achieve your goals fast. InspraFit also offer multiple 21 Day – Create the Habit challenges and 6 Week Challenges throughout the year to kick start or accelerate your goals. Bootcamp group training is available at Milton, at Suncorp Stadium on Caxton Street. We use a variety of equipment including kettle bells, resistance bands, TRX suspension, medicine balls, battle ropes and of course incorporate body weight exercises.
Useful Information

Please wear fitness attire and bring a towel and water bottle to every session.
We still train if it’s raining in the undercover area near the stadium.
