Adventure Personal Training: Nature Healing, Seawinds Gardens

Description

In Japan there is a practice called “Shinrin- Yoku,” meaning “Forest bathing.”

This practice is spreading and evolving all over the world, populations no matter the race, the age, or the status are understanding the human and living need to spend time in their natural surroundings. The results speak for themselves: Improved mental health, decreased cortisol levels causing stress, and an elevated relationship with ourselves and our environment. Improve creativity, concentration and problem solving, and feel better within.

The sessions are designed as a sensory awakening and movement meditation.

Move slowly, through the 1.5km forest trail of King Waterfall Gully. Interact with the visual aspects, smells, sounds and tactile elements of the natural space. Be still or silent and enable your internal senses to heighten, as you experience your surrounding environment.
