Adventure Personal Training: Grounded Pilates, Arthurs Seat

Description

This movement practice is designed to allow you to connect back to your core self. Finding your balance from the inside out.Combining the principles of Pilates to create a base foundation of strength, to improve alignment, and focus on stabilizing and freeing your body from tension and pain.

Instead of isolating you to a mat, you will be introduced back into nature, finding naturally occurring imbalances that assist you to activate your core and required muscles that enable you to find equilibrium.

Learn how to use the popular slackline to challenge further and walk in the air. The use of this device allows you to still interact with the changing environment whilst learning a new skill in a more controlled way. The slackline can be adjusted to suit the development of the participant, so the more you connect with your body and build strength from within the easier this activity becomes and the more we can progress.

Escape the feeling of heaviness, by unifying your body, and mind combining the benefits of moving in nature, we’ll let go of what’s sinking and holding you down. To be playful yet have the experienced and professional guidance of a Pilates instructor, Sports Scientist, and Wild fitness coach.
