Monckton Aquatic Centre, Armidale

Description

The Monckton Aquatic Centre Armidale consists of one eight lane 50m competition pool and grandstand, one six lane 50m pool, one learners’ pool and one toddlers’ pool. All pools are heated to 25C.

There are plenty of shaded areas for protection from the sun. Hot showers are available at no extra cost. The Centre provides a wide variety of drinks (hot and cold), confectionery, hot food and a good selection of swimming accessories at the Kiosk. There are several swimming clubs utilising the Centre, which caters for all ages and abilities. There is also a Function Room available for hire for meetings and functions. There are gas BBQ’s available as well.

2014/2015 Swimming Season:

The Monckton Aquatic Centre will open on Saturday11 October 2014 to late March 2015, weather dependent.

Opening Hours:

Weekdays – 6.00am to 7.00pm (Daylight Savings Time).

Weekends & Public Holidays – 10.00am to 7.00pm (DST) Except Christmas Day.

Children under 2 $0.00
Children 3, 4 and 5 $2.00
Family $15.50 (must include 1 adult)
Schools $3.00
Non-swimming adults $2.00
