Twilight Toadbusting, Darwin

Description

Conservation Volunteers Australia supports the Biowatch organisation, together they aim to help reduce and control numbers of Cane Toads, an invasive species in Australia.

After a quick information session, volunteers will head out to targeted sites to collect Cane Toads ready for humane disposal.

Upcoming Dates: December 20th, December 21st, January 10th, January 11th,  January 17th, January 18th

Useful Information

Meet at our office in Darwin City – 69 Mitchell Street every Tuesday and Wednesday evening at 5:50pm, we will arrive on site at 6:30pm ready to start. Various sites include the Botanical Gardens, Lee Point, RAAF Base Winnellie, Golf Links, East Point Reserve.

Please wear long sleeved shirt, pants and enclosed shoes. Bring a water bottle. Gloves, bags and nets provided.
