Westerfolds – Nature Play Week Treasure Hunt
Description
Be part of an Australian record attempt at Westerfolds Park
Calling all children and their parents! Are you interested in playing outside, do you love treasure hunts and would you like to be part of an attempt to break an Australian Record?
Then get along to Westerfolds Park on Friday 8 April to be part of a giant nature treasure hunt, happening in parks all around Victoria at exactly the same time.
Kids will love to be part of the fun and search for things that can be found within the park such as plants, animals, artifacts and more. Parks Victoria rangers will be on hand to help the kids hunt down the treasures.
The treasure hunt coincides with Nature Play Week – 6 to 17 April – which is also part of the Premier’s Active April, an initiative that encourages Victorians to participate in 30 minutes of physical activity every day during April.
The treasure hunts, taking place simultaneously around the state, will be an official attempt to make it into the Australian Book of Records and you can be part of it.
