Description

Town of Seaside parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 7am. The event takes place at Glen Retreat Park, Merchants Parade, Town of Seaside. The course is flat, fast and well shaded. Arrive 15 minutes before the event for briefing.

Useful Information

Register once only for all parkruns at www.parkrun.com.au then bring your printed barcode along to your runs. it is that easy.
