Bootcamp, Hornsby Heights

Description

Eternally Fit’s bootcamps are designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and capacity, core strength, muscle tone and flexibility, by mixing traditional calisthenic, body weight exercises with innovative cardiovascular and strength training.

If you are looking for fitness and mental challenge whilst being a part of a supportive and motivated community of like-minded people, then a bootcamp may be what you are looking for. Exercising with like-minded people can be very motivating and up-lifting, and not only do you have the trainer watching out for you (ensuring proper exercise technique is applied), but your mate is also there to help keep you motivated and focused, and you will be doing the same for them. Sessions will be fun, challenging, and competitive. And of course, outdoor training offers mental benefits along with the physical.
