Ultimate Results Camp is a structured 4 week intensive fitness program, aimed at fast tracking your fitness, size and weight loss results. With a minimum of 5 classes running weekly, URC cadets are encouraged (strongly suggested!) to attend as many sessions as they can possibly fit into their lives. As the name Ultimate Results Camp suggests, the 4 weeks are designed to be tough, mentally and physically challenging. Useful Information
– Bring a towel and a water bottle
– If it’s raining prepare for wet weather with appropriate attire
