8 Week Outdoor Spring Challenge, its Time2ToneUp!  Starting Monday 2nd of March @ 7:30pm through till Sunday the 26th of April 2015 .

What makes Time2ToneUp different? We work with smaller groups to ensure you receive individual attention. ” Our main focus is good technique, not the quantities in our class”

Days, times & locations below:
Monday 7:30 pm-8:30 pm
Location: Bargo- Circuit training
(Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.)
Wednesday 7:00 pm-8:00pm
Location Bargo- Boxing
(Boxing is a fantastic way to improve your stamina, strength, agility and coordination)
Friday 9:30 am- 10:30 am
Location: Bargo-Circuit training
Saturday 7:30 am- 8:30 am & 8:30am-9:30am
Location: Wilton-Boxing
Sunday 8:00 am-9:00am
Location: Bargo -Tabata
(Tabata is a high-intensity workout protocol that has fitness and weight-loss benefits)

Additional option:
Personal Training sessions are on offer, should you prefer more one on one attention. Initial consultation includes Setting Goals, Taking Measurements, Posture Analysis, Food diaries & much more.

Your biggest challenge isn’t someone else. It’s the ache in your lungs, burning in your legs & the voice inside you that yells “I CAN’T” But we’re saying please don’t listen. We say push harder, then you hear that voice fade away & start to whisper “I CAN”. That’s the moment you discover the person you thought you were is no match for the one you really are.

Useful Information

How do I book my sessions? Every Friday you will receive a text message from us asking you to reserve your fitness session times for the coming Monday training week. All you need to do is respond with dates and times.

Where do Time2ToneUp sessions happen? Bargo & Wilton – Various locations outdoors including, tennis courts, ovals & parks. (You will receive a text message from us confirming the location, weather condition, time and dates of your classes.)

What should I wear for my Time2ToneUp Fitness classes? Its best to layer your clothes depending on the time of year. Most sports clothing made nowadays are synthetic and designed to wick moisture away from the skin. If you have sports clothing specified for outdoors we highly recommended you wear them. Ladies, a comfortable and supportive bra is essential. Ladies & Gents please wear appropriate clothing, be mindful we are in a mixed cultural country.
