Metafit Group Fitness Classes (Annerley and Tarrigindi)

Description

Metafit is THE 30 minute body weight, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout designed to boost your fitness, rocket your energy levels, increase fat burning and get massive results in the shortest amount of time possible.

My Metafit group fitness classes are all child friendly and also suitable for all fitness levels because I offer many different levels for each exercise so everyone gets a work out no matter where you are on the fitness scale. The fitter you are the harder Metafit becomes.

I know it is often very hard for Mums and Dads to fit in some regular movement medicine/exercise, so taking 30 minis out of your day a couple of times a week is both time effective and convenient and being able to bring the kids along is a bonus! If you don’t have kids – no worries – this work out is for you too!
