Thump boxing

Did you know that you can burn approx 500 plus calories in one single boxing session? Countless studies have shown that boxing for fitness is a great way to assist people in many areas of health and fitness such as; weight loss, muscle tone, muscular strength and endurance, stress relief, increase in cardio vascular fitness, motivation.  60 minutes.

Metabolic Training

These sessions are the fastest way to burn calories and fat while at the same time strengthening your muscles. The program is designed to build relative strength and incorporate high intensity interval training through the use of weights and body weight exercises. You will LOSE WEIGHT, BUILD MUSCLE, FEEL GOOD & IMPROVE FITNESS.

Mmaxfit (mixed martial arts for fitness)

MMAXFIT is a unique and addictive full-body workout that features for the first time in Australia elements of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA). It has been developed by a K1 Kickboxer and MMA champion. MMAXFIT is non-contact, non-combative and suitable for anyone. 50-60 minutes

HIIT 

High Intensity Interval Training involves alternating between very intense bouts of exercise and low intensity exercise. For example, sprinting for 40 seconds, then walking for 20 seconds is high intensity interval training. HIIT can be used anaerobically with weights and aerobically with cardio.  HIIT is extremely effective for fat burning and will keep your metabolism firing for 24 hours afterward resulting in maximum benefits.

Kettle bell training

Kettle bell training is unique; we get our body moving in 3 directions and on 3 planes for an effective workout.  With this 3 dimensional workout you can expect to burn up to 20 calories per minute and increase core strength up to 70%, we work in intervals allowing you to burn maximum calories which work in increasing your metabolic rate.

Kettle bell training will include high energy fat burning total body exercises, exercises to sculpt & tone your entire body, and exercise to strengthen, and tone your core and ab muscles.
