Total Body Workout |
This is a fat burning and muscle strengthening class that uses all different equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands and even your own body weight to give you a complete body workout. |
Boxing for Fitness |
Incorporating boxing moves such as jabs, upper cuts and hooks with body weight exercises and cardio. A fun session that will increase your fitness levels. |
Exercise Ball Toning |
Making use of an exercise ball we work on toning muscles as well as improving stability, posture and flexibility to tone and shape your body. |
- All training sessions run for an hour
- Workouts are designed for ALL fitness levels
- All sessions are run by a qualified Personal Trainer
- Please bring a water bottle, sunscreen & sweat towel
- Personal and Couples training available on request
