Parks and Leisure National Awards of Excellence
People and Parks Foundation’s flagship program Active in Parks has a fantastic website, which has already taken home the blue ribbon for Parks and Leisure Vic/Tas Region’s Awards of Excellence: Use of Technology. While we didn’t take out the National award at the Parks and Leisure Australian National Conference in Sydney this October, we still think this has been a massive year for Active in Parks!
People and Parks Foundation’s Active in Parks has THE online resource dedicated to all things active outdoors. We want to keep everyone informed about outdoor activities and events happening all over Australia via #WhatsOnOutdoors. We are also committed to providing individuals, community groups and other service providers with a one-stop-shop to register and promote their own activities/events through this same database.
